Job Description
LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Business Analyst for an onsite role. This position is a long-term contract with the potential to convert to FTE if desired. We are looking for someone who eventually wants to grow into a Product Owner or higher-level role in the future after learning the environment as a Business Analyst!

We need a self-starter, someone who can dig in and elicit requirements, has a driver mentality, wants to grow their skills and into more Senior positions, and is not just looking at the clock waiting for tasks to come to them. This is a traditional Business Analyst role where you will be expected to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Requirements:
+ At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment
Qualifications:
+ Experience eliciting requirements
+ Experience with JIRA strongly preferred
+ Experience in an Agile environment strongly preferred
+ Corp to corp candidates will not be considered
The base range for this contract position is $40 - $50 per hour, depending on experience; pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
