Job Summary
- Serve as a Business Analyst for complex IT projects in a hybrid work environment.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions involving multiple stakeholders and business units.
- Analyze and document business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and develop creative solutions for business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build effective relationships at all organizational levels.
- Manage competing priorities and navigate conflicting interests among stakeholders.
- Apply advanced knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and Project Management (PM) methodologies.
- Participate in enterprise-level solution implementations and process improvement initiatives.
- Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills to support project objectives.
- Preferably hold a Business Analyst certification (e.g., IIBA CBAP or equivalent).
- Commit to long-term project engagement (12 months+), ensuring consistent support and expertise.
