Robert Half is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AML/BSA Compliance Analyst to join our clients team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. This is a hybrid position based in our Brickell, FL office, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. Our client is an international bank with a large presence in Latin America, for this reason the candidate would need to be bilingual- English and Spanish fluent.

Position: AML/BSA Compliance Analyst

Location: Brickell, FL (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Job Type: Long-term Contract

Compensation: $34.00-$38.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of customer transactions to identify and investigate suspicious activities.
• Perform customer due diligence (CDD) to verify identities and assess risk levels.
• Monitor and analyze transactional data for anomalies and patterns indicative of money laundering or other illicit activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with AML/BSA/KYC regulations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of investigations and compliance activities.
• Prepare and submit reports on suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Stay abreast of changes in AML/BSA regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar AML/BSA Compliance role.
• Strong understanding of AML, BSA, and KYC regulations.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a MUST.
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business, Law, or related discipline) is preferred.

- Experience with human resources management practices and procedures

- Solid knowledge of QuickBooks and payroll software applications

- Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment

- 2+ years of office management experience

- High school diploma or equivalent required (AA/AS preferred)

- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Proven ability to think critically and problem solve, and have a detail-oriented mindset
