Ensures required IT/OT services are identified, developed, and supported to the satisfaction of the business unit/division. Establishes and maintains service level agreements and is the main point of contact for all service issues. Configures, installs, maintains, and upgrades computer systems hardware and software. Coordinates escalations with 3rd party resources and vendors. Collaborates with technology resources, leadership, and customers to develop solutions to business challenges that ensure the safe, compliant, and reliable operations of company assets. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** + 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required) + In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. + No Licensure or Certification Required. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** + Developing knowledge on IT architecture: infrastructure, applications, networks and systems + May need to help move equipment and work in small office spaces , Occasional work outdoors for those located at a refinery (Refinery sites may have additional safety requirements) + Supports end user access to corporate hardware and software + Maintains a professional relationship with the Delek's business units to ensure alignment to assist them in reaching their goals + Develops effective work relationships at various job levels with different business units to ensure strategy is aligned across the organization + Understands and applies the various IT methodologies which include project management, service management and system architecture + Leverages IT Information Library (ITIL) process such as Service Operations, Change Management and Problem Resolution to manage new services that deliver enterprise value + Hardware management to include, IT and OT systems at assigned site(s), ensuring system availability, backup, and disaster recovery + Administers IT and OT systems and assists in execution of projects and operational initiatives + Frequently within shift (34 - 66%): Walking + Frequently within shift (34 - 66%): Squatting + Frequently within shift (34 - 66%): Weight lifted / force exerted up to 50 pounds + While this job description aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the role, it may not detail every task or responsibility required. **CORE COMPETENCIES** **CHANGE AGILITY (LEVEL 1 DEVELOPING):** Identifies, initiates, and adapts to organizational changes that foster enhanced effectiveness, efficiency, safety, and ultimately business results. **COLLABORATION (LEVEL 1 DEVELOPING):** Sees connection points across the organization and partners effectively with others to achieve common goals. **DECISION MAKING (LEVEL 1 DEVELOPING):** Sees connection points across the organization and partners effectively with others to achieve common goals. **DRIVE FOR RESULTS (LEVEL 1 DEVELOPING):** Drives to achieve challenging performance objectives **TEAM BUILDING (LEVEL 1 DEVELOPING):** Builds trust, fosters openness, and provides support.
