Job Title: AR Specialist
Location: Richfield, Minnesota – 100% onsite role - Local Minnesota applicants only.
Pay Rate: $27.00 – $32.00 / Hourly

We’re partnering with a great team in Richfield that’s looking to bring on an AR Specialist who enjoys a mix of organization, problem solving, and staying on top of account activity. If you’re someone who likes to keep things moving, stay ahead of your aging, and jump in quickly when something looks off, this could be a really solid fit. The team is friendly, collaborative, and uses NetSuite regularly, so it’s a nice option for anyone who wants to grow their ERP experience.
What you’ll be doing:
• Daily cash application, payment posting, and account updates
• Matching payments to invoices and digging into short-pays or unexpected discrepancies
• Partnering with internal teams when documentation is missing or something needs a quick clean-up
• Keeping a pulse on your AR aging and helping month-end close stay tight
• Working directly in NetSuite to keep data accurate and consistent
What we’re looking for:
• Prior AR experience and comfort working in a fast-moving environment
• Familiarity with NetSuite or another mid-to-large ERP (open to training if needed)
• Someone who likes following a process but isn’t afraid to ask questions or troubleshoot
• Strong communication skills and an eye for the details that matter
