Hasbro’s Digital Shelf team is hiring an SEO Analyst who can draw on data-driven insights to improve site visibility and drive organic traffic to our premier fan destination, HasbroPulse.com. Our ideal candidate will have a fan-first mentality and a passion for driving measurable improvements in user engagement and the digital shopping experience.

 

What you’ll do:

 

LEAD SEO STRATEGY FOR HASBRO PULSE:

• TECHNICAL SEO & PERFORMANCE MONITORING: Conduct site audits, diagnose crawlability issues, and ensure proper indexing for optimal search rankings.
• CONTENT OPTIMIZATION: Implement SEO best practices in product descriptions, blogs, and branded content, drawn from keyword research and data-driven insights.
• DATA & REPORTING: Using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.), track performance, measure impact, and refine strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• COLLABORATION & ADVOCACY: Partner with content strategists, UX designers, marketing teams, and developers to align SEO initiatives with overall business goals.
• GROWTH MINDSET: Stay ahead of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes to keep Hasbro Pulse at the forefront of search engine rankings.
  
   

What you’ll bring:

 

• Experience in SEO analysis, strategy, and implementation for e-commerce websites.
• Solid understanding of keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and technical optimization.
• Experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
• Familiarity with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first optimization.
• Passion for Hasbro brands, franchises, and collectibles.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for partner teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO is a plus.

Compensation Range (USD)

Starting: $77,969

Ending: $114,200
