This is a remote position.
We are seeking an Administrative Data Clerk who will combine administrative support with data management duties. This hybrid role supports both remote and on-site tasks and provides a flexible working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage administrative and project data records.
Enter, update and archive data, supporting remote and on‐site workflows.
Ensure accurate documentation and remote accessibility of data for stakeholders.
Provide remote support for administrative tasks such as record keeping, bookkeeping of data.
Collaborate with remote teams and on-site managers for efficient data operations.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Experience in administrative support or data clerical work.
Comfortable working remotely and using remote administrative systems.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
Competitive hourly pay $28–$35/hr.
