Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting tasks including cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll Prepare and manage budgets to support company goals Monitor and allocate expenses accurately across departments Ensure compliance with US GAAP and maintain accounting standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational priorities Implement and maintain strong internal controls to protect financial assets Prepare regular financial reports and analysis to support business decisions Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Required) 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting Strong understanding of US-GAAP Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel (advanced), and ERP systems Experience in systems implementation is a plus Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines CPA certification is a plus, but not required Demonstrated growth mindset and eagerness to learn Benefits: 401(k) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive team
